I used my app to inform them of my road assistance request as my car was stuck on the freeway. Within a minute I received a call from them. Everything was just quick and they even organise ADT to look after me as I was stuck in freeway and it was dark. They kept on calling to check how am I doing and if the towing company has arrived. I am very happy of the excellent service I received.
