I needed urgent assistance as my car stalled in a none safe area

I needed urgent assistance as my car stalled in a none safe area. They called back quickly and asked how they could assist. I advised I would need breakdown to tow vehicle as soon as possible. They had to 1st review my contract to see if cost of tow in assistance was covered, which it was not, however they still assisted and contacted a tow in service close to me, on my behalf and put them through to me. Tow in service arrived 10 minutes later. Very happy for the assistance.
