Helpme SA, Awesome product as service!

I was initially not completely sold on the HelpMe app, but that changed after speaking to Zandele. She was incredibly helpful, calm and professional in the way she handled my call, and she made me comfortable enough to give the app a try.

I asked her to contact me again the following day so that I could provide the required details, as I wasn't able to do it immediately. She did exactly that — to the minute!

That level of professionalism and follow-through really impressed me. HelpMe is a great product, and if the rest of the team is as helpful and professional as Zandele, I believe this is going to be an awesome service.
