Dishonesty

My namebis Rina de Vries Liddle, ID number ***, I had taken an Elixir health insurance and I was subsequently given a call by HelpMe MiWay to take the HelpMe policy. I though that I would be able to afford it in the month of February, so i agreed to take it. My husband had not started working by January 2024, so I called both the companies to cancel the policies, they convinced me to keep the polices to start deductions the end of February. I knew I still wouldn't be able to afford it if my husband had not started working. To my dismay, deductions went off for HelpMe MiWay in January 2024 itself, I contacted them through face book on the 15 January 2024 and asked for the policy to be cancelled. I was promised a call back, as of today, 8th February 2024, I have not had any feedback from them. Attached are conversations on messenger, between the said company and myself as well as proof of deduction on my account. I would like a refund and both the Elixir and HelpMe MiWay policies to be cancelled with immediate effect.
