A grateful client

My mom had a bad fall where she had a head injury. Due to the bleeding and the loss of so much blood we decided to call for an ambulance. I contacted the help line for the metro ambulance and explained it was an emergency as the blood was still oozing from my mom's head. They advised me that when an ambulance is available they will send 1. Half an hour later still no ambulance. I decided to trigger the help24 app on my phone for ambulance service. I spoke to a guy by the name of Caleb David and had the most wonderful experience of how service should be delivered. He immediately contacted ER24 ambulance services and they dispatched the nearest ambulance. He kept me updated as to where the ambulance was,how close they to my mom's place. He wanted to know how my mom was doing. He basically called me every 10 mins in the time they transported my mom to the hospital and while I was at the hospital. I really appreciated that and the manner he handled everything it was like nothing was too much for him he would have done everything possible for his client. To top this was that my mom is not a member of help24 I am and Caleb still still assisted. I am very grateful to Caleb and help24 for excellent service. I will recommend help24 to anybody.
