Terrible experience, Verbally abused by Muhammad and lady who answered the call

Had a ********** experience with Muhamed and the lady . Stove left with hazardous smell of wires on the plug after an electrician was sent. He said he would complete the job the next day.He never came. I was accused of lying and verbally abused For a whole week, my messages and calls were ignored. Terrible experience and unprofessional.
