Over Charging for a less than 20minute job!
DO NOT CONTACT THEM! The biggest red flag is that they do not give you an invoice for the service required. I needed a locksmith and I asked them how much would cost, they told me once they have connected me with a technician tha technician will be able yo give me a price, when I asked the technician he told me the call out fee only. Which is R295. I wish I told them thank you and looked for someone else. I let the technician come to unlock my security gate and door. They charged mw R6000 for that! DO NOT ISE THEM! They will **** you!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I WAS LITERALLY VERBALLY ABUSED BY THE ELECTRICIAN THEY SENT OUT BECAUSE I REFUSED TO PAY R1800 FOR A SWITCH TO BE TURNED ON.when I asked for a more detailed invoice because I wanted to know exactly what was done, I immediately received a threatening voice note asking for another code so he can come and switch off the power. Furthermore I was told that I should have just been honest that I don’t have money. DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL! This company takes advantage of people! Do not use!

These people are ******. Looked me dead in the eye and quoted me R7800 for a R200 part. Sent them away and they still insisted on the inspection fee. Absolutely not. Don't even give them a chance.

Dishonest company
The locksmith I got from them was definitely the worst to deal with. I was ****med terribly so by the people they gave me. I was charged R4414 for a flimsy lock and it was not even installed correctly. They claim no responsibility for the people they recommend through their website, so clearly they do not vet the people or I don't know what ***** things happen through this company. I would recommend staying far away

Dishonest company

Threatened by Their Plumber – Completely Unprofessional Service
I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. I called them for an emergency plumbing job and was promised prompt assistance. The plumber arrived over 1.5 hours late, used my own materials, and I paid R1800 immediately. The very next day, the leak was still there and two new problems had appeared. When I reported this, I was blamed instead of helped. I rearranged my schedule multiple times to accommodate their return visits, but the plumber continued arriving late — hours after the agreed times. Throughout this process I was treated with rudeness and blame-shifting. The worst part is that while I was questioning the fairness of further payment, the plumber sent me threatening messages. When I raised this with the company, instead of addressing it, they dismissed it and saw nothing wrong with the threats. This is by far the most unprofessional and unacceptable service I’ve ever received. Poor workmanship, unreliability, and threatening behaviour should not be tolerated. I would strongly warn others against using this company.
