Ask for pricing before they tighten a *****

They advertise that they don't charge a call-out fee - but then charge a R695.00 inspection fee , charge additional for fault-finding and then charge heavily for tightening a ***** on the neutral bar in the DB board (without saying it's about to cost you R905 for the tightening of a *****). Just don't like being whacked with an extensive bill and being charged for inspection and then separately for fault finding and then HEAVILY for tightening a ***** (maybe a 10 minute visit).

The electrician worked quickly and efficiently though. So I cannot be unfair and give them less than 3 stars in as far as service quality goes.
