Your complaints service is useless

I have been complaining about my situation with Vodacom for a couple of weeks, and still the issue has not been resolved. <br> <br> Each complaint I post, they respond, \Someone will contact you\" or something similar, which is total ********. And I can't respond to that because your system doesn't allow comments on comments. So I have to wait 5 days, and raise another complaint, which result in exactly the same manner. So its an endless loops of complaints.. Isn't there anything else I can do, cause Vodacom is absolutely useless..."
