Worst help-center ever at Hellopeter, What an irony
I registered with a gmail address and failed to verify my AUSTRIAN cell phone number as I did not get any OTP. Maybe too expensive to sms to Austria. So i did my reviews with whatsapp. FIne so far. But I cannot see the answers of the 2 reviews, as I cannot login. My login fails, becaus it was NEVER verified. I told this several times to HelloPeter and got a very stupid answer from Monique. She said, I just have to loigin into my account, I do not need any OTP. In social media teams e need the BEST of all staff not the worst. So complaining about other companies ends same like with Hellopeter. A complaints and Review platform with a terribel service.

I registered a new account. The old one is still inactive (because you are not willing(able to solve the problem). So I finaly "let the accoung go". Wether you delete it, or make it work.
