Why must I also log onto Facebook to advise people that their Woolworths complaint on your site may be read but will be answered?

You may have new software on your site, but I hate it. 1) I have to log onto Facebook to respond to other reviews, but I have already logged onto you. 2) You know certain companies such as Woolworths do not respond, yet you let thousands of complaints be written here 3) you should have to tell complainants that certain companies do not respond here and never will 4)such modern software but my older computer does not work with it and I refuse to make the text smaller and smaller - get your *&^%&^ web designer to not have the boxes overlap and render a button hidden. 1/10 for web site design. Do not phone me back I - email me if at all.

The comment block beneath the review is a Facebook comment block. This hasn't changed and it worked the same on the old Platform. Hellopeter.com is designed for customers to write a review about their Customer Service experience with any Supplier (Verified or not). Many customers use the platform to search for reviews about Suppliers to obtain information to make an informed decision before paying for their services.
If you are struggling to view the site correctly, please ensure that you are using the latest browser version. Unfortunately the older versions don't always work well on many sites. Regards, HP
