why dont they respond??
Dear Hello Peter, my report is not to complain, but really to ask why only one report per supplier in a 5 day period? Perhaps MTN have no airtime to receive my message? I have something to say about them every day, so I wish this window was more accessible. Perhaps I should write them a letter and post it to P.O. Box as it really appears they have no airtime to return my call or even respond to my queries. What can I do, Peter?

Prior to the implementation of this rule, some customers completely abused the site and would write 100's of reports about the same Supplier every day. We therefore had no choice but to implement some rule to restrict this and also to allow Companies time to investigate the report - hence the 5 day rule. If you have written a report about Mtn, and haven't received a response or aren't happy with the response, please use the Customer Feedback facility provided. This facility is available 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report on the site. A copy of your feedback will be sent to them for you. Regards, Linda
