Why do reviews?

We understand it’s frustrating when your review doesn't receive a response, but that doesn’t mean it’ll never happen. Thousands of South Africans publish reviews every day that are responded to. While we can't guarantee the business will respond to your review, writing one increases the visibility of your problem and may prevent other consumers from going through this same experience. If you aren't happy with the businesses response or lack of response, you are welcome to add feedback on your original review as many times as needed until hopefully they convert you into a happy customer.
