Where do I find my Entries???
I Love your website - no doubt!<br> BUT...<br> It is lacking in some user friendly aspects...<br> For example, how do I find the Complaints/Compliments that I have lodged?<br> I spent some time in trying to find my entries - no luck so far.<br> Hope you can help.

Apologies for the frustration you're experiencing. To view your reports on the site - Select CUSTOMER ZONE (from the left menu box). Click on MY REPORTS (last 12 months). All your reports written in the last 12 months will be displayed. If you struggle, please email *** so that we can assist you. Regards, Linda
