When does a complaint become slander/ Companies' rights to be treated fairly

I do read HelloPeter. I am wondering though?

Does HelloPeter not have an obligation to determine whether a client has a genuine complaint?

Is there not some onus restant upon HelloPeter (and any other such site) to ensure that they are not just attacked by malicious "clients"?

What sort of recourse do companies have (other than the HelloPeter subscription-self-servingat best) to respond?

Is this not corporate tyranny, very much like a dicatorship?

HelloPeter
