I’ve written a few review on South African’s bad service to customers. It’s just a pity that the Companies don’t bother to read them!!! I was taught that in life, your name is all you have. Destroy that, & what will you have left?!!! Pity that in today’s society it doesn’t mean a thing!

We couldn't have said it better ourselves Gerty, especially considering that the data is clear - businesses who make sure to respond to reviews and take care of their customers, achieve far more sustainable success in the long run.
