What is the purpose of hellopeter

<p>Good Day. I have complaint about vodacom on the 5 May 2017 and receive a phone call from them which said someone will phone me wrt my problem that I wrote on hellopeter. This is nearly a month ago and still I do not have any signal at my house and still nobody from Vodacom phoned me to solve my problem. I would like to know what is the purpose of hellopeter. I was under the impression you complain on hello peter and they will ensure and follow up with your complain and it will be solved. Was I under the wrong impression of hellopeter. Then this site is no good. some other site were a person can complain and do get their problem solved. If theCEO of Vodacom does not react and hellopeter does nothing what is the next step. This is realy bad very poor service delivery and my opinion is hellopeter has no purpose.</p>
