WHAT HAPPENED TO MY VODACOM COMPLAINT?
I registered a complaint on Vodacom on 12 August but it is not yet on your site?<br> <br> Neither you, a site editor nor Vodacom has contacted me. Why then is my complaint not published?

Your report regarding Vodacom written on the 12th August is on the site. To view all reports you have written, go to Customer Zone (left menu bar), and click on My Reports (last 12 months) from the drop down menu. All your reports will be displayed.
