What are Hallopeter sepose to do!??????
Very dissapointed in Hellopeter,hellopeter is suppose to help the public.As you can see at my last two reports i as a customer are struggeling are batteling to get Samsung to assist me.I have turned to hellopeter to help me with Samsung but until now not one response to my plete to help me in my rights as a consumer.I went on hellopeter website and at a quick search i typed in Samsung and saw hundreds of complaints against Samsung i am amased Samsung can get away with such dis regard to its customers.

Hellopeter.com acts only as a Gateway between Supplier and Customer. We unfortunately can't respond on behalf of a Company nor can we resolve the issue for you. I see that Samsung have respond to both of your reports on the site. If you haven't received any further feedback from them, please use the Customer Feedback facility provided to let them know. To give your Feedback, select 'Give Feedback' from the drop down menu under Customer Zone from the left menu bar. All your reports where the Customer Feedback facility is available will be displayed. Click on the subject line of the report you would like to give feedback on and add your feedback. A copy will be sent to them for you. Please note that the Customer Feedback facility is only available 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report on the site. Regards, Linda
