what about the consumer
If telkom doesnt resolve my problem... I should be able to complain until they do. I have gone above and beyond to sort out service and billing issues with them... Their customer service in this regard has been shocking. Hellopeter.com is another outlet where I atleast get a response. But now you delete my complaint because it is an update on the same issue... Big help! The frustrations of of a consumer can not be ignored... Or DELETED
