Website - ongoing problems

Hi HP, further to my review in November 2017, nothing has been fixed wrt the red arrow box next to a review which means one doesn't have to click on the actual review to read it just on the red arrow. If you are reading reviews in a particular industry, you now have to click the back button which doesnt take you back to the reviews but to the main menu for the industry and then you have to click on reviews and start all over again. Now when pressing the back button it freezes the site and says undefined. Come on HP your business is based on this platform and the small user friendly functions aren't even up and running. Surely you have a substantial IT team that can iron these things out timeously.
