waking the service industry up!

Over the last week, I have been on a bit of a tirade with respect to the way that I have been treated by several large organisations - the little guy being the one to do the hard work of follow ups and checking in etc...just tog et what I had paid for in the first place. Using this platform really seems to work in escalating the problems and driving some of these service providers to actually do something. THANKYOU!!!!
