Wait 5 days for dissimilar complaints on HP
I'm trying to lay 3 different complaints on Hello Peter regarding Standard Bank. One regarding their Private Banking, one regarding their Business Banking and one regarding their Vehicle and Asset Finance. Why do I have to wait 5 days before laying the next complaint? Preposterous poppy**** people!

Unfortunately the site only allows one report per Supplier within a 5 day period. Prior to this rule, some customers completely abused the site by writing hundreds of reports about the same company daily. Because of this we had no choice but to implement the 5 day rule. I am sorry, but you will need to wait until the 5 day period is up before you can submit another report about Standard Bank. Regards, Linda
