Viewing other client's remedies

Hi there,

I find it quite frustrating that I found that I'm having the same issue as a number of MTN users that have received responses as solutions to their problems from MTN but you won't let me see the responses. There's a grey block that says "Official private business reply ** This reply is private. You need to be logged in to see the response **" but I am logged in and cannot see it still. I find it rather long-winded for me to need to post on the same matter again and wait for a response before I can see how to fix the issue I'm having. Is this maybe a system glitch? It's right on the verge of ruining my day. Please fix this
