Useless

<p>Hello Peter advertises itself as a web site that will let you rate customer service. I don't know why they even bother having a section that allows businesses to respond to your complaint, because companies either do not reply or just paste a piece of useless boilerplate text. Companies will promise to respond, but never do. Don't waste your time trying to place another complaint about the same service provider, because the admins will make a unilateral decision to delete your new review. Their excuse is that the original review allows you to post comments to the business that will allow you to maintain contact with them. Companies do not pay attention to this - as long as the original reply makes some kind of vague promise to get back to you, they won't bother to read any further comments.</p>
