Useless
Your system is still extremely very ineffective. I've made a new account now but still cannot write reviews about companies such as Bryte Insurance. Don't ask me the same **** if I'm selecting it from the drop menu because obviously I am what happens. Fix your system. I've emailed you over 10 screenshots and told you the additional information does not pop up.
Either fire your developers or actually do something about it
What's the point of you guys!?

Please could you provide this information so that we can investigate further. With regards to the additional information screen, this screen will only pop up when writing reviews about certain Companies. You will still be able to write and submit your review for other companies without completing this screen. Regards, HP
