I am trying to lodge a complaint against Discovery Vitality, however your platform is not allowing me to submit the complaint.

This is extremely frustrating, as HelloPeter is meant to be a consumer platform where issues like this can be raised and addressed.

I have a valid and legitimate complaint regarding Discovery Vitality’s failure to honour their advertised “instant rewards” for the Blood Pressure Tracking Challenge. I have followed all required steps, yet no points have been allocated, and there is no proper support or escalation channel available on their side.

Now, on top of that, I am unable to even log the complaint on your platform.

What exactly is the purpose of HelloPeter if consumers cannot raise issues with large companies like Discovery?
