Unreliable Platform | Do not Recommend
Hellopeter is a bit of a ****. They charge businesses to reply to complaints which means they aren't trying to create a platform to resolve or improve services. This platform is heavily slanted towards complaints which means that reviews do not leave a fair representation of a company.

We offer many different subscription plans starting with a Free plan. This means that it is Free for a business to respond to a review. With regards to our platform being 'heavily slanted towards complaints', this is also incorrect as last month we had 50% positive reviews on our platform. We truly hope this brings you clarity.
