Unfriendly website
I often use your platform to complain about bad service but am frustrated by your website. It is not user friendly. I dont just want to be taken to the Write a Review page, I want to look up reviews on other companies and cannot find how and where to do that on your website. Annoying..

To view reviews written about a business, go to our Hellopeter page. When you are viewing the site, in the middle of the page you will see a search block that says 'Search for a business'. Type in the business name you are looking for and you will see a drop down list. Select the business name and reviews for that business will then be displayed. Kind regards, the Hellopeter Team.
