Unexpected behaviour from Hellopeter

I have been using Hellopeter for years now and generally happy with the purpose of the platform. I understand that not all service providers respond to Hellopeter but at least it is a platform in the public for any potential customer to do their research. However, today I had an experience with the Hellopeter platform that I never expected...and I am ending up having to write a negative feedback about them on their own platform. They removed a review I added after the service provider contact them and say I am not a customer of theirs. My side of the story is not even checked and I now have to provide invoices and statement that I did get a pcr test done by that service provider. I guess time has made Hellopeter change from what their core purpose was when they started. Sad reality!!!
