Unable to give feedback to Telkom on their respons
Please help! <br> <br> I need to place this reply to the answer from Telkom and cannot find how to do it in Hello-Peter - no feedback is allowed .... Unfortunately we can't add your feedback for you, you need to add it yourself on the site. To give your feedback - select Customer Zone (from the left menu bar), and click on Give Feedback from the drop down menu. All your reports where the Customer Feedback Facility is available will be displayed. Click on the report you would like to give feedback on and add your Customer Feedback. Please note that this facility is only available 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report on the site. Regards, Linda
