Unable to convert star ratings
Hi, Sorry to leave a review, but I see no other way to contact you. It is said I can convert a star rating in the FAQ and there is talk of a Convert option. But I don't see it on my reviews. Thanks

08 Jan 2019, 13:50Conversions (changing the star rating) has been removed from the site and replaced with NPS. This is a very quick feedback tool. 4 days after writing a review you will receive an email from us asking how likely you are to recommend the business to a friend or colleague. You are also welcome to write another review about how your review was handled. Regards, HP

08 Jan 2019, 14:03Thanks that was quick. So just to double check. There is no way to change the rating or remove the review as the company requested? It's been a few months. So I can only leave them a new positive review...

08 Jan 2019, 14:18That's correct. We no longer offer the facility to convert reviews. You can add feedback on your original review should you wish to. Alternatively, if you are happy with how they handled your issue, you are welcome to write a completely new review about your experience. Regards HP
