Unable to Change Review
I don't get the option to change or remove my comments? Including my start rating. I have tried and yet nothing came of it?

14 Dec 2018, 10:58Conversions (changing the star rating) has been removed from the site and replaced with NPS. This is a very quick feedback tool. 4 days after writing a review you will receive an email from us asking how likely you are to recommend the business to a friend or colleague. You are also welcome to write another review about how your review was handled. Regards, HP
