Trust index
I notice that our company's Trust index has moved down from 3.6 yesterday to 2.6 today, but there are no new reviews. Why is this HP?

However you are welcome to read our FAQ's on the site for a detailed explanation on exactly how the Trust Index works and how it is calculated. To find the FAQ's, go to the site and select the green 'For Businesses' button at the top of the page. Then select Resources and click on FAQ's. Regards, HP
