Too much wishy washy nonsense

<div>This is more for HelloPeter than it's customers, but is there a way of controlling the ratings and comments? As an example, when checking an insurer there are glowing reviews of helpful call centre agents, how polite they are, how they explain the product well, etc. That's not how we choose insurers though, is it? How efficient was the claims process? How long g was the response for roadside assistance? Did they adjust premiums by reasonable measures? Did they stick to their promises? THESE are the factors that matter, not John Smit being very helpful when getting a quote..</div>
