This is sad

I don't like the fact that hellopeter removes our reviews. They're giving these big companies more wiggle room to avoid and delay their obligations. If a company rep calls and makes promises they don't keep, we should be able to call them out on it but hellopeter puts a muzzle on our ability to do that. We are ordinary citizens with limited means and these platforms help us out. These companies have entire teams and departments dedicated to retain we the publics monies, items and other things of importance to us. We sometimes get the same ********** service about the very same issue for months on end.
