This is for Hello Peter who are protecting corporates with not actioning reviews and giving feedback.
<p>During the last couple of months I have been writing reveiws about DSTV and their persistent texting me to pay my account. Having written one reveiw a month about DSTV i get a bot reply saying that the reveiw has been escalated and no further feedback. Well Hello PeterI got wise to your trick. I shall not be using you again because your responses are half baked and do not appease anybody who complains. I shall however be telling my network that you are useless and people must not waste their time with your site. Have a nice life.</p>

The site allows for unlimited comments on your initial review. You are welcome to use this facility to let DSTV know you aren't happy with their responses and engage with them as often as you like until hopefully to convert you into a happy customer.
