The WORST REVIEW SITE
This is the only review site on the planet where they operate on an alien strategy. The review site does not allow the businesses to reply to the users. Despite having a premium account, they will allow you to reply to only 10 reviews in a month and they gave an amazing explanation of plumber and doctor. Change your policy, if not, I don't care about continuing with Hellopeter.com when I can't even reply to the reviewers. What is the point in paying for something that I can't even use?

Although unlimited replies have been removed from organically obtained reviews, we have multiple different plan options to choose from with different limitations. We have also made provisions for work arounds and a proactive approach with regards to collecting reviews.
