The rating on Hellopeter cannot be changed
Hellopeter does not offer a way to change your rating. This means that the company who receives a bad review cannot be re-rated after they have corrected whatever their customers complaint was. This is not acceptable, Hellopeter should offer the person who did the review the option to change his review.

However, 4 days after your review is submitted on the platform, we send you an email asking how likely you are to recommend the business. The score you choose then pulls through to the platform and is displayed alongside your review in the form of an emoji. We also offer you the facility to provide feedback on your initial review - this can be used to detail the outcome. Kind regards, the Hellopeter Team
