THANKS TO HELLOPETER A WORK IN PROGRESS
Thanks to Hellopeter I could ascertain that Bank Clients when it comes to a complaint they are caught up in a David vs Goliath situation.The chief architect is the FSCA who is the Regulator of/over the Ombudsman for Banking Services and the Banks.The FSCA,Ombudsman and one of the five big Banks will not respond to complaints on Hellopeter.I have not open a can of worms ,this can of worms has been there for many years.This is a work in progress and I will provide an update on this platform.

Hellopeter.com is merely a conduit between buyer and seller – and we only provide the platform to write about customer service experiences. Unfortunately, if the business/bank in question do not currently subscribe to our site, we're not in a position to force them to do so. You are however welcome to keep other customers updated on your findings, which in turn might help them with their own, similar issues.
