Hellopeter has helped me on many of my "retail excursions". Some good some bad experiences. Before I make a major purchase, I first evaluate the retailer on hellopeter. The most important thing for me is not how many complaints they get but how they react to those complaints, for example HiFi comp or dstv will not even respond. Cash Converters an Jet Stores does. So its a no-brainer to stay clear of the ones who does not even have the decency to reply (not even when they receive a positive review).
