Thank you Hello Peter

<p>I contacted HelloPeter two weeks ago after battling for five weeks to get a replacement mobile phone from Game Finrite Insurance.</p> <p>I got a reply from Game explaining that Finrite was not part of Game even though they answer the phone Game Finrite. At least I got a response and they advised that they had handed the matter over to the relevant person who I got an e-mail from telling me that the matter would be dealt with speedily.</p> <p>One week later, at my wits end and after a phone call every day to track the delivery I was told that it had not been dispatched. Once again Hello Peter to the rescue and one day later I now have the money in my bank and can go and buy my own phone.</p> <p>I know that if it wasn't for Hello Peter I would have either given up or had a heart attack from having my blood pressure pushed so high.</p> <p>A huge thanks to you all at Hello Peter for what you do for so many of us.</p>
