#WIN .I would like to thank this site for giving us the platform and the voice to express our experiences we face whether good or bad and i find it really helpful when it comes to resolving problems especially in the retail. I have had a experience with a business i felt they should have handle it better but they did not, so i went to publish my review and the next day the manager called and apologized and the problem was addressed and resolved. So i really recommend people start addressing their concerns and expose bad customer service at the end of the day it is your money that you spend and you have worked hard for it and you must enjoy spending it with a good service at bay.
