thank you sincerely Hello Peter for the platform to bring complaints to accountable people.<br> I logged a complaint about Telkom's poor service yesterday afternoon (7 faults and 2 escalations in 2 months and lines still dead) and today Easter Sunday at 9.15 am a technician was at the door.<br> not sure if it will be fixed but it is an incredible start .... wow!
