Thank you hellopeter for the community which seems to understand. Also the company was so moved that they asked me to remove the review. However good news. The card was delivered and I kind of understood the delay was because my area is high risk.

However I thank the hellopeter community and hellopeter for the support. This is a good complaint lodging system.
