Terms & Conditons not adhered to
My issue is with Twisp & not with Hello Peter. But this is a forum designed to aid the public in voicing our grievances or gratitude. It's been exactly a week since my last post on Twisp, yet Hello Peter will not allow me to post another. It states \ONE report per Supplier will he accepted in a 5 day period."I am two days over that 5 day waiting period & I am still not being allowed to make a post regarding Twisp"

Only one report per Supplier per issue is accepted on the site. The Customer Feedback facility is designed for you to give feedback on your report. To give feedback, select 'Give Feedback' from the drop down menu under Customer Zone. Click on the subject line of the report to open it, then add your feedback. A copy will be sent to the Supplier for you. Please note that this facility is available 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report on the site. Regards, Linda
