Sadly, you have to be politically correct, which I understand in many cases why you replace a word with stars. However, your *********** technician or bot cannot differentiate between words that contain letters that are part of offensive words. This takes away the gist of a story or even gives the wrong impression to the company we are writing about that perhaps a swear word or abusive words were used. I just sent a complaint about Legalwise. I said I 'Rep****' to their email and you actually put stars on the **** portion of rep****!!! That is unwarranted for, unacceptable and actually makes it sound as if I was abusive towards them!!!
