Can you please fix the formatting in the writing below, for some reason the system removed my formatting. Below is my text and this time I have added two line returns, to see if it will format it correctly.

Dear Mr. Flammer

On Monday 20 November 2017 between 13:49pm and 14:00pm, the Directors, the Members, Angor Property Specialists and Independent Parties have received my request for electronic copies of ALL Documentation and Data of North Riding Ext 37 HOA, where Data and Documentation have the same definitions as 1.1.24 and 1.1.32 in the payment agreement, which I provide again in the Definition section below in this writing, for clarity.

For the sake of clarity, I will quickly give a brief overview:

The Magistrates Court in Randburg has ruled, in case 2013/23335, on the evidence which were presented before court and found that a Quasi Contract was formed in terms of common law.

A Quasi Contract is an obligation invoked by law in the absence of an agreement. Its purpose is to create a legal duty where, in fact, no promise or agreement was entered into by the parties.

In the Magistrates Court in Randburg the Plaintiff’s Advocate asked me “Have you requested copies of the Plaintiff’s documentation?” whereby the Directors of North Riding Ext 37 HOA themselves admit that I am entitled to ALL Documentation and Data.

I do not envision any further delays in fore fulling the above mentioned request, since the Directors are also ordinary Members of North Riding Ext 37 HOA, who voluntary gets elected as Directors by ordinary Members of the North Riding Ext 37 HOA at each Annual General Meeting (AGM).

I will provide the money to buy the DVDs as per the payment agreement.

Should the above mentioned request be denied, this will automatically amount to unfair ************** as contemplated in the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008, as amended from time to time, since the Directors themselves are also ordinary Members.

1.1.24 “Data” shall mean all data, including personal information as defined in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 and/or any equivalent legislation of the jurisdiction(s) where the Services are being provided and/or performed by Affiliates or Independent Service Providers of the Company.

1.1.32 “Documentation” means any and all documentation including, but not limited to, Attendance registers, Correspondence, Founding Documents, Licenses (categories), Minutes of Management Meetings, Minutes of Staff Meetings, Statutory Returns, Conditions of Service, Employee Records, Employment Contracts, Employment Equity Records, General Correspondence, Information relating to Health and Safety Regulations, Performance Appraisals, Personnel Guidelines, Policies and Procedures, Remuneration Records and Policies, Salary Surveys, S****s Requirements, Staff Recruitment Policies, Statutory Records, Training Records, Brochures on Company Information, Client and Customer Registry, Contracts Information relating to Employee Sales Performance, Information relating to Work-In-Progress, Marketing and Future Strategies, Marketing Records, Sales Records, Suppliers Registry, Annual Financial Statements, Asset Register, Banking Records, Budgets, Financial Transactions, Insurance Information, Internal Audit Records, Management Accounts, Purchase and Order Information, Stock Records, Tax Records (company and employee), Voting registers, IT Policies and Procedures, Network Diagrams, User Manuals.

1.1.33 “DVD” means an "digital video disc" or "digital versatile disc"; a digital optical disc storage.

"The Directors" in this writing means the Directors of the North Riding Extension 37 Homeowners Association (NPC), registration number ***.

"The Members" in this writing means all the units in Blandford Estate (Unit 1 to Unit 51) "Angor Property Specialists" in this writing means Mr. Dennis Flammer, Mr. Peter Arnold, Mr. Paul Brent, Me. Monique Pretorius, Mr. Chris da Gama, Me. Ginette Bezuidenhout.
