Supplying spammers with my email address

Hi there,

I have adopted the following method of creating accounts which require my email; i use my personal email address but add a "+<websiteName>" before the domain portion. Example => ********** --> ********** . See here for an explanation https://www.thewindowsclub.com/gmail-address-tricks

I have since been receiving spam emails that suggest that helloPeter is the source of the spammers getting my email. Based on the above, you guys have a unique version of my email address and its the very same thats being spammed. Please remove delete my account and all other details you might have of me
