Suggestion - Allow us to uodate ratings.
Great site which helps to light a fire under some service providers.
Suggestion: Please allow us to update reviews/ratings based on further experience. E.g. I posted a review with 3 stars and subsequently recieved great service and my problem was resolved. Based on the response, I now feel it is unfair to leave the rating at 3 stars and would like to increase it to 4 stars. Similarly If i gave a good rating and subsequently was let down, I would like to be able to adjust that rating downwards.

04 Mar 2021, 08:49I could delete and create a new review but then you lose the history on the review which can be helpful to other reading the review and making their decisions.
